The Hawaiian Islands hold a special place in our hearts. It’s hard not to fall in love with their natural beauty, wildlife, ocean views, incredible people and the aloha spirit that can be found there.

We are very excited to announce our “Share the Aloha, Book Bundle Giveaway”, featuring three titles from one of our favorite Hawaiian children’s authors, Gill McBarnet … PLUS a fun, handmade ocean themed children’s reading pillow!

Starting today, June 8, 2020 through June 30, 2020, head on over to our Instagram page, @perhaps_this_is (giveaway post linked below) and follow the steps on the “Share the Aloha, Book Bundle Giveaway” post to enter for your chance to win. (This giveaway is in no way connected to, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.)

We will be announcing our giveaway winner, selected at random, on National Hawaii Day (July 5th, 2020)! Good luck!

“Perhaps This Is…”  Share the Aloha, Book Bundle Giveaway

Official Rules/Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The “Perhaps This Is…” Share the Aloha, Book Bundle Giveaway is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age, or older, at the time of entry.  The Giveaway is subject to all laws and regulations, to include federal, state and local.  Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.  
2. Sponsor: www.perhapsthisis.com is the sole sponsor of the Giveaway and was provided (at no cost) the “Hawaiian Classics Collection” book bundle including three books (“The Gift of Aloha”, “The Goodnight Gecko” and “The Brave Little Turtle”) by author Gill McBarnet, for purposes of this Giveaway.    
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the “Perhaps This Is…” Share the Aloha, Book Bundle Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally agrees to and accepts the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.  An entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes for failure to comply with any of these rules.  By entering Giveaway, entrant agrees to Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions of www.perhapsthisis.com .
4. Timing:  The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on June 8, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on June 30, 2020 (the “Perhaps This Is…” Share the Aloha, Book Bundle Giveaway period”).  
5. How to Enter: Visit www.perhapsthisis.com on Instagram at @perhaps_this_is and follow directions on Giveaway post, which include the completing the following steps: 1.) Follow @perhaps_this_is and @hawaiianchildrensbooks on Instagram. 2.) “Like” the Giveaway post on Instagram. 3.) “Tag” an Instagram friend in the comments section of Giveaway post on Instagram.  By completing all of three of the steps listed, entrant will receive one (1) entry into Giveaway.  *Additional entries may be obtained by separately tagging additional Instagram friends (in separate comments) on the Giveaway post.  For each separately tagged Instagram account in the comments, Entrant will receive one (1) entry. *   All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant.  Duplicate, automated or bulk entries will be disqualified (including, but not limited to, entries submitted by script, macro, bot or a sweepstakes service). 
6. Winner Selection:  One (1) Giveaway winner will be selected at random, from all eligible entries received, on July 1, 2020.  The winner will be notified through direct message using the Instagram account information used to enter sweepstakes.  Winner must respond with their U.S. mailing address to claim their prize by July 3, 2020.  Noncompliance within that time period will result in disqualification from Giveaway and selection of an alternate winner.  In the event of any noncompliance with any rules and conditions, prize may be awarded to alternate winner.  Any taxes pertaining to the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.   A valid street address is required for prize delivery. 
7. Giveaway Prize:  One (1) Giveaway winner will receive: one (1) “Hawaiian Classics Collection” book bundle which includes three books (“The Gift of Aloha”, “The Goodnight Gecko” and “The Brave Little Turtle”) by author Gill McBarnet (Valued at $27.85) and one (1) ocean themed reading pillow, handmade made by www.perhapsthisis.com (Valued at $35.00).   Sponsor will cover postage to mail prize to winner one time, only. Winner will solely be responsible for any additional expenses.
8. Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, the winner consents to the use of winner’s name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor (except where prohibited) with no additional permission or compensation. 
9. Privacy:  Information provided by entrant to enter Giveaway will only be used for delivery of Giveaway prize, (if entrant is selected as the random winner) and for subscription/following of www.perhapsthisis.com on Instagram account @perhaps_this_is , and will not be shared or sold to any other companies.  Entrant can decide to opt out following @perhaps_this_is on Instagram at any time after sweepstakes ends (or prior, if entrant wishes to terminate their entry(s) in Giveaway).
10. Release: By participating, the Winner agrees that the Sponsor, Sponsor’s advertising, promotional and email subscription agencies and manufacturer of Grand Prize will have no liability, whatsoever, and will be held harmless by Winner for injuries, damages or losses, to person/property of any kind (including death) as the result of, directly or indirectly, the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize or participation in the Giveaway.
