Cookies From Leaving Comments on Site

When Visitors/Users voluntarily leave comments on the Site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the Visitor’s/User’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How Do We Use Your Personal/Device Information?

Comments

When visitors voluntarily leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors/users to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The Site contains social media tabs, embedded social media posts, embedded videos (including from external websites) and tools for analytics, all of which are data-gathering third parties and by browsing and utilizing Site, Visitor/User acknowledges and consents to this.

Email Subscription Services

The Site uses MailerLite.com for subscriber email subscriptions to our website. Visitors/Users that voluntarily provide their personal information to participate in our email subscription services, acknowledge and consent to that information being provided to MailerLite.com in order to facilitate visitor/user with email subscription services requested. By providing your information to subscribe, you will receive periodic emails/newsletters from Site and you agree that you are aware your information will be processed by MailerLite.com for purposes of subscription email services to Site. Subscribers to our emailing list may cancel their subscription, at any time, by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” icon at the bottom of each email. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
